Financial & Risk Management Consultant

The Management and Risk Advisory team at BDO Latvia is looking for a new team member who wants to develop their career in financial and risk management, provide in-depth financial advisory services, and conduct analytical investigations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional eager to gain a deep understanding of a client’s financial situation and help identify practical solutions.

Your role:

• Advise clients on financial and risk management matters, conduct forensic investigations and support disputes, and interact with legal and tax advisors;
• Perform in-depth company analyses (due diligence) and prepare reports;
• Prepare client proposals and project documentation;
• Investigate root causes of financial losses and irregularities, providing actionable advice to clients;
• Support the head of the Management and Risk Advisory department and contribute to internal risk management improvements.

Your profile:

• Holds a university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business;
• Has 2–3 years of experience in a Big 4 firm, bank, or financial/fintech company;
• Understands financial analysis, risk evaluation, and credit assessment;
• Is analytical, precise, and able to understand the causes of client losses;
• Is fluent in Latvian and English;
• Is motivated to grow professionally and support the head of the department.

Our offer

• Your monetary compensation will be from 3000 to 4000 EUR gross (depending from experience)
