Maija Kavace

Maija joined the BDO Latvia team with more than ten years of experience in human resources. She has worked with talent attraction and development, leadership support, and building organisational culture across various industries – from financial technology to aviation and logistics.

Before joining BDO, Maija was an HR Business Partner at the international FinTech group Dyninno, and previously led employee development and wellbeing initiatives at SmartLynx Airlines, DHL Express Latvia and PINS Loyalty (part of the airBaltic Group).

Maija believes that human resources are built on trust and collaboration – when people feel valued and involved, the whole organisation grows with them.
