Kristīne Laimiņa

Kristīne Laimiņa is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial management. She currently works as Chief Financial Officer at BDO, where she oversees financial planning, reporting, and daily financial operations, while also coordinating team efforts and supporting process improvements.

Her previous roles include CFO and Chief Accountant positions across several companies, where she has led initiatives in accounting optimization, system integration, and the implementation of regulatory procedures, including KYC compliance. Kristīne brings a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges and streamlining financial workflows.

She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Latvia, along with two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Management and Materials Technology from Riga Technical University.

Kristīne is fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian. She is known for her analytical mindset, solution-oriented thinking, and ability to lead teams effectively in both routine and high-pressure situations.
