Dita joined the BDO Latvia team a year ago as Head of People. She is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment, employer branding, and employee relations.

Holding a professional bachelor's degree in psychology, Dita is also skilled in coaching. Her background has sharpened her expertise in attracting and retaining top talent. She values trust, relationships, and collaboration.
