BDO Latvia has completed the audit of the consolidated financial statements of Indexo IPAS Group
BDO Latvia has completed the audit of the consolidated financial statements of Indexo IPAS Group, including its recent strategic acquisitions of DelfinGroup AS and VAIRO IPAS.
As part of this project, our role included issuing an auditor’s report confirming the accuracy of the acquisition accounting. A key focus of our work was verifying that the acquired net assets of DelfinGroup AS and VAIRO IPAS were recognised at their fair value, in line with applicable accounting and audit standards.
This engagement highlights our experience in audits involving business combinations and other complex transactions, ensuring that reporting is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards.
