BDO Law represented client in the sale of shares of AS LIDO

BDO Law represented one of the exiting minority shareholders in the sale of the shares of AS LIDO. As a result of the transaction the Estonian company OÜ TREELAND acquired 51% of the shareholding in AS LIDO, the largest catering company in Latvia. 

BDO Law’s partner Janis Zelmenis and Senior Associate Inese Rendeniece provided legal support related to drafting and negotiating the transaction documents: share purchase agreement, documents containing mutual representations of the parties, escrow account agreement.

We also ensured representation of the client in the shareholders' meetings related to the transaction.
