BDO Law provides support to Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga in connection with concluding a lease agreeme

In April and May of this year, the law firm BDO Law provided legal support to its client, the owner of the five-star Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga, to the Limited Liability Company Mira-G in connection with the conclusion of a lease agreement with SIA Olympic Casino Latvia, an Estonian concern. Olympic Entertainment Group subsidiary and currently the largest gambling service provider in Latvia.

The legal services provided by BDO Law included work on the preparation of the lease agreement and related documents (acceptance deed of acceptance, etc.), participation in negotiations with the lessee's representatives and practical developments related to the takeover of the premises. The concluded lease agreement contains the current topicality - special provisions related to the epidemiological safety measures established by the state to limit the spread of Covid-19 infection.
