Lithuania collects the highest corporate income tax revenues in the Baltics, driven by its larger and stronger economy. According to a BDO Latvia study, Lithuania exceeded €1 billion already in 2021 and reached about €1.8 billion in 2025, while Estonia passed €1 billion in 2025. Latvia’s revenues grew to a record €787.6 million in 2025 but remain behind its neighbors.
The data highlights that tax income depends not only on rates but also on economic strength, policy decisions, and business environment, with experts stressing the need for supportive conditions and less bureaucracy to boost growth.
