Responsibilities include:

  • transaction entry: recording basic financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
  • document management: help organise, file and scan financial documents to maintain the accounting system;
  • Invoicing assistance: processing and checking invoices, ensuring correct data entry and timely payments;
  • support functions: assist the senior accountants in reconciling bank statements with the general ledger, highlighting any discrepancies;
  • report preparation: help to prepare preliminary financial reports, charts, or tables;
  • research assistance: you will carry out research on accounting standards, tax rules or any discrepancies as directed by senior colleagues.

Junior-level position

This position is ideal if:

  • you are currently a university student in accounting, finance, or a related program;
  • you have strong communication and writing skills in Latvian and English;
  • you have experience in accounting or finance would is considered an advantage;
  • you have a working understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP);
  • you are collaborative and team oriented.


Responsibilities include:

  • financial reports and documentation: entering financial transactions into accounting software and ensuring accuracy. Maintaining and organizing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Assisting in the preparation of basic financial statements, such as profit and loss statements;
  • assisting senior accountants and consultants in various tasks including audit support and month-end closure processes. Updating relevant accounting rules and standards;
  • resolving basic client issues under the guidance of senior consultants;
  • working closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • you have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field;
  • you have strong communication and writing skills in Latvian and English;
  • you are collaborative and team oriented;
  • you have 1-2 years' experience in accounting or finance;
  • you have experience in accounting or finance would is considered an advantage;
  • you have a working understanding of accounting principles and knowledge of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP).


Responsibilities include:

  • data management and reporting: preparation of detailed financial reports that provide insight into the financial position of the company, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements;
  • financial data analysis: financial data examinations to identify necessary changes;
  • customer interaction: addressing basic issues based on the company's quality standards;
  • specialized project support: participation in specific accounting or financial projects, such as annual closures or the implementation of new accounting software, offering expertise and ensuring the successful implementation of projects.

Management-level position

This position is ideal if:

  • you have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Professional qualifications in the field will be an advantage;
  • you have at least 5-7 years' experience in the accounting field, with experience in project and team management;
  • you are proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, tax regulations and software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle;
  • you are able to lead and direct a team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and targets are met;
  • you possess strong communication skills, adaptability and a high level of motivation. You are able to clearly explain complex tax issues to both clients and team members.


Responsibilities include:

  • team management: leading, mentoring, and managing the tax project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and goals are achieved;
  • overseeing tax projects, ensuring client and company standards are met;
  • managing, developing and maintaining client relationships. Providing professional solutions and assistance;
  • consultancy and quality assurance, analysis of client data, identification of risks, preparation of detailed presentations and reports, provision of advice tailored to the needs of multinational corporations;
  • regulatory liaison: facilitating communication between clients and government institutions;
  • departmental development: leadership and participation in departmental development initiatives to promote growth, contribution to the overall management and development of the accounting outsourcing departments.
