The Delna Society for Transparency is a public benefit association, the Latvian division of the Transparency International, with it's goal to promote transparency in society and to reduce corruption at national and international levels in politics, in business and in mutual relations. BDO Law provided free legal assistance in order to fefend more effectively public interests in case of Latvian National Library construction project legal violations.
