Krisjanis Volfs

Krišjānis is the head of BDO's tax department, with more than 12 years of experience in providing tax advice to local and international companies. Krišjānis specializes in VAT consulting and also provides support to companies in CIT, labor tax, and customs tax projects. ​​

On a daily basis, Krišjānis performs work duties related to business development of the tax department, budget planning and execution management of the tax department, as well as creation of new products and human resources management of the tax department. ​​

Before joining BDO, Krišjānis worked for 12 years in another international tax consulting department, of which he gained more than 2 years of experience in the USA, in San Francisco, providing support to US companies to understand global indirect tax requirements and supporting the expansion and integration of companies in global markets. Krišjānis holds a master's degree in international tax law from Lund University, Sweden, and never stops growing by attending various courses, seminars, and other self-improvement programs.
