Martins Zutis is a corporate finance and management consultant with more than 25 years of experience in debt and M&A transactions as well as corporate restructuring projects. He has lead corporate restructuring units in one of the largest Latvian corporate banking organisations and held a number of executive management positions in companies undergoing turnaround process.
He has led many due diligence and valuation engagements on behalf of Latvian and international investors. Recently he lead an advisory team assisting an international buyer for the two largest non-performing loan sales transactions in the Baltic states.
Martins Zutis is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
